Hello,

Your 10th and 12th marks are very good which makes your overall academics good but your graduation marks is average and for IIM A and B, graduation marks hold weightage.You have a benefit of 3 years experience in fortune 500 companies and it would be beneficial for you but still chances are less for IIM A and B. But if you can get 99% percentile and above then you can certainly hope for IIM call.
