Hi there, first of all if you are a citizen of maharashtra then at time of counselling your mhcet marks will be seen then their is possibility of you to get a branch in coep.

But if you are non maharashtrian then at time of counselling your jee mains percentile will be seen then getting a branch in coep will depends upon your jee mains percentile.

Yes you should apply for counselling. As you are a citizen of maharashtra there are chances of you to get a seat in coep.
