Yes definitely studetnts with less grades can get good placements. Actually it depends on your knowledge not on your grades. However, it is true that some recruiting companies set a minimum grade to conduct interviews but there are other comanies also which condtucts aptitude test as a first round for recruitment, then candidates qualifiying first round goes for interviews and with their knowledge grab the  good salary packages.
