Well, JIPMER can't be termed as the best medical college but without any doubt the institute is one amongst the best medical colleges all over India.
The seat in JIPMER can be availed only through the examination JIPMER-UG. Jipmer has absolutely no relation with the rank secured in NEET.
NEET is completely a different examination but both of them provide you to study in the course of MBBS.
Through NEET, the best college that can be availed is Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC)
