Hey,
Workshops are always beneficial provided it is relevant to your course. IIT Delhi is known to organize some really amazing workshops and not everybody gets a chance to make it to the workshops and if you are getting this opportunity don't let it go. You will get learn so many  new things.

Yes of course it is beneficial and the same time it is depend upon your interest and concentration if you paid concentration in the workshop ....we will get a lot of knowledge from there...

The workshop  is almost about mechanical Electrical electronics these will very good for enhance our knowledge .. this will be introduction to the practical World for Science and Technology....
