Well category certificate is on the basis of if applicable . If you have category certificate then yes you have to provide that at the time of counselling for the verfication of documents. Below I have provided the lists of documents required at the time for counselling - 

• Rank card of AP EAMCET
• AP EAMCET Hall ticket
• Payment receipt of counselling fees
• 10th & 12th Mark Sheet
• Pass certificate
• Migration certificate
• Adhar Card
• Domicie Certificate
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Income certificate
• NCC/CAP/Sports/Minority certificate

Local status is necessary if you want to get in docemile, it helps they mainly consider from where you completed your 10th and 12th or intermediate . If you have it you get more benefit. Its not necessary tough. You can also go for management seats . Wishing you luck
