These are the best universities basically in West Bengal
  • Indian Institute of Technology - [IIT], Kharagpur
  • National Institute of Technology - [NIT], Durgapur
  • Jadavpur University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Kolkata
  • Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology - [IIEST] Shibpur
  • Lovely professional university
If you can't make to get into the first 4, then LPU is the best of with good campus facilities and placements too.
