I would like to suggest you KTU . It is best among both and also have good reviews. Ktu has good nirf ranking than madras university as it holds 23position in nirf ranking . It has well organized non-smoking campus with a very studious enivronment . Many sponsors are invited to sponsor for several fests every year . College faculty is so helpful and understand students with their problems geniunely and provide them the best solutiions . Hostel life of Madras university is however better than KTU.
