I would say yes as this is a very good college so it is advisable to apply for MUOET.

Also, as per Careers360 ratings it has got AAAA+ which says this is an outstanding college overall whether it is related to cut off trend, hostel,faculty, facilities, courses, state and national rating etc to pursue B.Tech but the only drawback is its very high fee structure.
