Is my chance to get good branch in jadavpur. My gmr 1854 and outside Bengal. Is lower branch in ju is better than bit sindri mechanical.

Jadavpur is one of the best colleges for engineering in India and any branch of that college can help you to get good placements and package but if you want to prepare fir gate or want core branches then BIT sindri is also a good option.
