Hay Krishna!
Dear, first of all you should not prepare for exam thinking you are SC so you will have to put less efforts. Give you best because this hardwork will give you unmatched confidence throughout your life.
Now coming back to your question that is NCERT sufficient for IIT JEE and Main or not?
Before this answer me a question.
Are you clear with basics of subjects and topics of JEE?
If you are already good with basics then NCERT is sufficient for JEE Main part and also for JEE Advanced but for JEE Advanced you have to refer to some other tough books for problem solving and higher concepts too.
See, what i have seen generally is that in NCERT, there is not enough explanation if someone is beginning his/her some topics and there are many things which you might find not relevant to JEE exam and those are for board but if you are done with some basics, you can totally rely on NCERT and infact it can fetch you good marks.
Having said that you must not ignore the problem solving part and for this you will have to refer some goods books which are very popular in market and suitable for you.
I hope this answer helps you.
All the very best!!
