Your Community in OBC should also be listed in the Central OBC list for you to avail OBC benefits of other States or at Central Level. If you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category. For example, if the Community you belong to is listed in the Central OBC list, then you can be considered as OBC in other States as well. Or else you will be considered a Candidate belonging to OBC Category in your State but as a General Category Candidate in other States.
