There is no such mandatory rule to go for higher studies after your graduation. Even after graduation students gets placed or go for research based fields.

But in case of getting a good job opportunities with higher package than that of a graduate pharmacist or researcher, you must choose to go for high studies that is post graduation.

The pay scale also gets increased after several years of experience and with more professional degree from any recognized institution.
