Dear Sabita, 

There is no hard and fast rule about uploading a photograph with name and date of photo taken written on it. All you need to take care is, you upload a passport size photograph with 10-200 kb size, plain white background with face, eyes and ears visible and without any caps or goggles. 

The brochure this year doesn't say anything about writing name and date of taking photogrpah.
