You should look for institute, branch, category, state eligibility and Closing rank. Opt for branch which you are interested in.

At your rank, you can get less preferred branch in top 5/6 NIT. Good branch in avg. NIT. All branch in new Nit & BIT mesra (this is also very good Institute with good placement), ECE in IIIT Allahabad. Depending on your home state, if a good NIT falls in your home state then you can opt for Home state quota which usually has lower rank as compared to other state rank.
