Wbjee application form can be released in month of January.
The application form for wbjee 2020 was released in month of December 2019 and the exam was conducted on 2nd February 2020.
Also the covid 19 has affected many exams and still it can be assumed that the wbjee 2021 registration forms cab be released lately.
So, you can expect that it can released in month of January ( tentative ).

WBJEE application form 2021 are not out yet, but the application form can out any day on their official website ie. wbjee.in, the eligible candidate can fill the application form (once it will be out) by submitting all the required information , be in touch with their website regularly to get updated with the latest relevant information.
