Going through previous cut offs, it is difficult for a Government Medical and Dental Collegs if you belong to General Category. You have chances if you belong to Reserved Categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. As you know you have less chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ. The cutoff will vary from state to state. You may or may not get an MBBS/BDS seat. It depends on the competition in the state and if you belong to the reserved categories you may have better chances.
