Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that if you are a obc category student of Delhi region then you do have a Chance to get college according to the second round of counseling cut off for this year. If you are a obc category student outside Delhi region then you have bleak chances to get the college but yes you do have a Chance to get the college.
