Jitendra,  some NITs in the eastern side of India are NIT Silchar, NIT Agartala, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Nagaland, NIT Sikkim, NIT Manipur, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Mizoram. Getting admission to NIT Silchar or NIT Agartala would be better with respect to placements.

You haven't mentioned your Home State. But with this All India rank, a seat in NIT is difficult. But there might be chances that you might get a seat in lower specialisations of your Home State with reservation. You might have to appear for July session.
