Since you haven't exactly mentioned your category rank .
But anyways it's really a sin to think even about a NIT with your quoted rank .
You can cross check out the cutoff for various NIT's from the link given below-

I would suggest you to go for other Engineering entrance and state level entrance exams or drop a year and try to get better result ( rank under 10k ) to think about any NIT.
