hello,

If you are talking about the college fee structure then you should the answer. Now comming to your question, According to your rank the colleges does not change there fee structure at all. They have a predifined fee sturucture for the courses which they used to provide. Courses wise the fee structure can change but according to upsee rank the fee will not change at all
