It is difficult to predict the exact JEE mains rank because it depends upon too many factors but according to you, you got 98.5 percentile in Jee mains 2021 then your rank would be around 15345 - 17250. There are many colleges in which 10 lakh total fees of B.Tech in CSE branch  in North India such as

Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi

JNU Delhi

Amity School of Engineering, Noida, UP

SRM Institute of Science and Technology, UP

SRM University ,Sonipat, Haryana, etc.
