Yes, In DTU there are many scholarships available for obc/sc/st/pwd candidate and also many scholarships are available for the students based on their family income.
Fee concession is given to those students whose annual family income is below 4.5 lakhs.
I don't have much knowledge about NSIT but I think procedure should be same as DTU.
