No, it's done via the JEE exam only. Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi will prescribe JAC Delhi 2019 eligibility criteria for the candidates who seeks admission to its 4 participating institutes - NSIT, DTU, IIIT Delhi and IGDTUW.
