Hello,
No, there is no entrance exam for B. Com courses, the admission will be done on the basis of the merit scored in class 12 .
Yes, you can easily get admission in good colleges of Delhi university with this percentage as per previous year cut off . The cut off are not exactly the same every year they may vary a little.
