If you are referring to the free-ship which is awarded to the top 100 rankers in MUOET who take admission at MIT,you don't have to pay any fees for as the tution fee which is around 14.5 lakh/4years.But you still have to pay the hostel and Mess fee which depends on the room you have chosen ranging from 90K to 1.8lakh per annum .My rank in MUOET was 104 and I was awarded a merit-cum-means scholarship which is awarded to those who get a rank in between 100 and 1000 and depends on the parents income with a scholarship ranging from 10% to 100% on college fee is awarded. None of the scholarships cover hostel fee.
