The candidates who have appeared for the AP Eamcet exam and got qualified by getting atleast 25% of the maximum marks.Tere is no minimum qualifying mark as such for Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribe.The candidates who have not got their rank have to submit the Declaration form with their marks copy through Email(helplineapeamcet2k19@gmail.com) or post or directly to the convener at JNTU Kakinada.

Most of the candidates who wont recieve their rank will be from the borad other tan Intermediate(IPE) as the PCM aggregate of Intermediate candidates is directly taken with the help of their hall ticket number but others should submit this Declaration form to get their rank.

As you have got your AP EAMCET rank,you need not submit the declaration form.
