Is there any provision that we can upgrade our stream from chemical to mechanical after first semester in bits

yes,you can change your stream.But need to have to have a good sgpa.It must be more than 8.5 to get your stream changed.There is that provision present and hence you can upgrade but you have to score more than 8.5 sgpa.So work hard.
