The ews counseling starts only from the second round and is applicable only in some central universities according to the information from the mcc site.
So in Andhra Pradesh whichever college has ews reservation they would consider it for counseling only after the allotment of seats for round 1 has been completed.

Hey aspirant , many students are having this query in their head. Well EWS seats are reserved in every course from 2019. There are 10 % reservation for students belonging to EWS category . Whatever is the total number of seats , 10% seats has to be reserved for EWS candidates. For Example if in a college a particular course is having 50 seats so 10% of 50 that is 5, so 5 seats would be reserved for EWS candidates.
