Delhi University doesn't offer BA_BEd integrated program, however it offers Bachelor of Education based on the eligibility of graduation, and Bachelor of Elementary Education based on the eligibility of 12th, admission to both these courses are done through the entrance exams conducted by the university,  for more details regarding this, visit: http://cie.du.ac.in/

Some of the best colleges to pursue BA-BEd integrated program is RIE for which admission to its five campuses is done through entrance exam conducted by NCERT named CEE, there are many private universities as well such as Sharda University, LPU which offer this course.
