Yes..In 4th round all categories are treated as General.

And all vertical reservation is dismissed like girl,freedom fighter,army etc

Applications for Admissions are open.

sir so if a ST physically handicap student got a rank of 20001 and a general student got 20000??? who will get a seat first??

shubham. Sorry but you can't get any branch in knit with this rank..
but I think you get other Rajkiya engineering college like:- banda,ambedkar nagar,azamgarh,sonbhadra, mainpuri.

lishen shivam saxena..
you have to apply for 5th round if you want to get LU based on your rank. if your order in choice filling is well ordered then you have HIGH chance in LU.
