In UPSEE site it is showing vacant seat in JSS IT FW is 0 so there is no chance that my seat will be upgraded in round 2 or 3 ??

If it is showing that there is no seat then it is not possible to get this College in coming round of counselling. For getting admission in any of these Colleges you must have good rank. You can even come to know about this College by visiting their respective website. Be active on UPSEE official website. Go through the cutoff properly. You may try in spot counselling once. If seat remains vacant due to some interruption (someone not able to report College on time) then you will get chance in this College.

Based on your BCGL rank it is quite tough for you to get admission in IET LUCKNOW.
Jisne jss it fw bhri hogi or use mili hogi or usne float kr dia or use upr wali choice mil gyi to vacant ho jayegi na jss it fw seat to wo hme mil jayegi
