There are two rounds of KCET seat allotment 2019 along with an additional extended round. The authorities allot seats to candidates on the basis of their ranks as secured in KCET exam, choice of colleges and courses as filled by them during the process of counselling and seat availability in the participating institutes of KCET 2019.
