No, there is no private seat in 15% quota. It is good to pursue MBBS from abroad.

Based on your marks you have chances to get government medical colleges in your state counselling

should I Waite for that ? or trying MBBS seat with low cost ( in Kerala private seat selling for 5.5 lakh per year)

I would suggest you to give a try in state and private colleges. If it does not work for you then you can try for Abroad as this is also a good option.
