The document verification is separately done for states like karnataka (KCET verification) but the admissions will be done on basis of NEET scores.
When you choose your seat through All India Quota then your documents will be verified at Medical college itself. When it comes through state quota, Document verification is undertaken by the Governament of the respective state.
At the time of counselling, the following documents will be required-

High School & Intermediate Mark Sheets
High School & Intermediate Passing Certificate
Identity Proof
Birth Certificate
Category Certificate (If Applicable)
Passport size photograph (Six)
Neet Admit Card
NEET 2020Rank Card
Provisional Allotment Letter
