National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) was established in 1994 as an autonomous institution of the University Grants Commission (UGC).NAAC is an organisation that assesses and accredits higher education Institutions (HEIs) in India. It is an autonomous body.
Its rankings reflect the quality of college and as the accreditation, consequently, increases the number of companies coming on campus, thereby increasing the diversity of career opportunities available to students on campus.
