Let me be completely honest, the only thing that TIT&S lacks is a good infrastructure, the buildings are very old. Hostel rooms are worse, labs and equipments aren't impressive either, there is literally a junkyard amidst of workshops and labs.

That being said you will never be able to find faculty as good as TIT&S anywhere across. Supportive teachers who are dedicated to academics unlike several

College .

See you want to admission for Cse ,so for Cse chitkara university, rajpura

Because it very known to tech industry and placement are also better than bhiwani.

But in case of course fee chitkara has high fee than tit bhiwani ...

So you need to decide acc to your scenario

Placement for both the institutes are same in an average which is 5-6 lakhs.  They bring lots  of companies and even startups where students gets lots of chance to improve and utilize own skill set but  getting a job is difficult if a student doesn't have skills and there college holds no responsibility. This is the reality.

Apart from placement, you can look for learning environment. That is important as a students should get good facilities and faculties to help out when he/she faces a problem. It not only for studies there are many extracurricular activities are also organized. being able to coordination and good cooperation is also needed.

Apart from that, you should have to choose which one will be comfortable for you and to your family also. On the part of placements, you can also try offcampus if you have skills, you will surely get a job easily. Companies looks for skills only nothing else.
