The college infrastructure is clean and well maintained classrooms are well equipped and libraries are also equipped with new books with industry level relevant research papers. Every department have their different different labs .
There is a large dependency of academics in this university still there are a little bit two or three subjects which are not relevant or that are not needed in today's industry but still academics are very nicely done after every span of time there is group projects too.
Placements are average. Project based and service based companies come in this university but many service based company hire at an average package of five to 6,00,000 per annum but many product based companies like Google Amazon Oracle come here and hire students on a very good package of about 12 to 15 lpa you need to have to be at your level best to gain such placements.
The ROI in this university is not that much pretty good as compared to the high fees they take from each course. Students need to do some efforts on their own to gain high placements and to take better use of it.
Brilliant campus life in this university if you are an extrovert. You have to find your group to enjoy the life because these are the best time of your life. College fast happen regularly to make some chill wives. You will not get that much jill wipe in this university as you found in the Delhi University type universities but still this university is pretty good in terms of campus life.
The university is infrastructure is quite clean and impressive as well as it is full of good vibes. Wifi is available overall the campus and there are various types of food courts. Labs classrooms and libraries are well equipped and maintained.
There is a strong focus of academics in this university. After every one and a half months there are test assignments and group projects with which student can feel confident that what they have studied.
Placements are average as compared to the fees taken by the university Wipro Infosys TCS come in form of mass recruiters as a service based company and hire students for four to six lpa. If you are a hard working student and are serious from day one to the last day you are here you will definitely get a good company as product based companies also come here for example Oracle Microsoft Flipkart that give very good packages here to the students that are talented..
Here I have a mix of opinions. If you are an average student then your money here is noteworthy as there are many workshops projects and events in which you have to go but if you are a hard working student who is really serious about his future then you can definitely get your worth here then your money will definitely be given a good roi
You will not get a chill campus life like Delhi University here but still really good campus life with chill wives all around. There are tech fest and many things that are for entertainment for students here if you get a good company like a good friends then you will really enjoy your time but you have not to be an introvert.
The university is around 70-70 acres and it is a beautiful campus with greenary all the way. You will find a calm composed area here. Classrooms are well equipped with modern facilities. Libraries are well equiped with modern books and are well maintained.
There is a strong focus of academics at chitikara. There are regular tests, assignments and group projects to make student industry ready. The curriculam is well maintained by looking at the future and it is well balanced.
Placements are not that much good as compared to the fees. You will get both product and service based companies. Many companies come here as part of mass recuriter and hire many students at a package of around 4-6 lpa. but if you are a hard working student from day one than you can crack good companies like google amazon etc.
The value for money is a mix of thoughts here. The ROI is not that good by looking at the fees of the university. If you are a really good student than you can get a good knowledge and placement and get the ROI better but you have to study hard for that here.
The campus life is great. There are so many tech events, fests, hackathon organized day by day here so that student feel engaging. There is not a chill college vibe here like the university of Delhi or somewhere but if you find a good group of friends than you will really enjoy your time here.
The campus is neat and clean and well structured. Cleanliness is all the way in the campus. Classrooms and labs are well equiped of each branch, wifi is available overall the campus but sometimes it makes an issue in the internet speed
There is a strong focus of academics in this university, with short term tests in a time span of one and half months. If you are just coming to chill out and attend the classes then this is not for you , u have to do some efforts on your own too.
Placements are average by looking at the fee structure, product based and service based companies both come but some companies come in terms of mass hiring and take many students with a package of around 4 6 lpa but if you are a serious student overall then microsoft , amazon type companies are there also for those brilliant students
In study wise there is value for our money but the ROI is not genuinely great as the fees is high but if you make the best use of the money than this is the best place, this is not a spoon fed for you;
You will not find a chill campus life here all around like you think in Delhi university or bits pilani type universities. there is strictness overall but if you found your group then you can really have your best time here
The campus covers around 70 acres and well maintained. Classrooms and labs are modern and well equipped and there are good facilities in library with modern and different type of books. Wifi is being upgraded. Some students have mentioned small issues like low network or less place for sitting in the university in the summers
Academics are taken on a serious note here. If you're into tech, especially in CSE AI ML or DataScience - the syllabus is solid and updated. But don't expect deep practical learning from every teacher. You will need to depend on self learning here as well as on teachers
There are a lot of hype of more placements in chitkara, it's a mixed bag of good and bad placements. Yes you'll be get placed but if you are aiming for big companies you have to grind hard as much as you can for companies like google amazon etc. but for service based like wipro tcs, infosys, recruiters come and hire students as a part of mass hiring with upto 3-6 lpa
It's expensive. The fee structure is on the higher side and you might question the ROI, especially if you are not putting in extra effort beyond the classroom. but if you participate in almost every club fest or projects then you can get your money worth it. This is not one of those colleges where you chill for four years and walk with high paying job. You have to grind hard but that is not impossible.
It is a mixture of fun and just a little stress. There are a bunch of events, clubs, competitions going on regularly. If you are social and outgoing than you will love the environment here but introverts might feel a little difficult.
I am having a very good time in this university. College life in this university is really very nice. College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The facilities in classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports centres and hostels are very well maintained and very good in using. Living spaces are also cleaned twice a day by sweepers and food is also very hygienic and nutritious.
I am currently studying BE in computer science with AI and ML. I have a very good wiling to learn this new technology booming in the world that's why i am learning it. Teachers are also teaching very nice. I am learning a lot new here with very good clarity. Yes, the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. I am pretty sure that what i am studying is making me ready for the job.
As i have listened till now, the placement qualities at this college is very great, many big companies come here for taking students with them for placements. Average salary offered is around 13-15 lpa in my course i.e. be cse ai and ml. As i have heard placement process is quite easy and pleasant. College is very supportive and try that maximum students got placed in there dream jobs.
My course per year cost is 3 lakhs excluding hostel fees. Including that it is around 4.5 lakhs. I think i am getting my money's worth beacuse the study environment of the college is really very nice and facilities for living is also very good.
hey campus is clean and well-planned, with all the basic infrastructure in place – AC classrooms, decent labs, and a good-sized library. They also have dedicated buildings for every department which is a plus. But not everything is perfect – some labs still use old hardware/software and Wi-Fi can act up during peak hours.
The syllabus is updated to some extent, and they do try to include modern tech stuff in AI/ML, data science, and full stack. Teachers are qualified, but honestly, some are just average in teaching. The internal assessments and assignments make you stay consistent, but it can get hectic. A lot depends on self-learning – if you depend only on classes, you’ll fall behind.
Placements are decent but not mind-blowing. Students from CSE, AI/ML, and allied branches get better chances than other departments. Most companies coming are service-based (Infosys, Wipro, TCS), and only a handful offer high packages. Product-based or international offers are very rare. You’ll definitely need to do projects, practice DSA, and maybe use LinkedIn to find better opportunities.
The fee is honestly on the higher side, and if you’re not someone who actively participates in projects, internships, and extra learning, you won’t feel it’s worth it. ROI is okay if you’re smart and use your time wisely, but for an average effort, the outcome might feel less than what you paid for. Scholarships are there but limited
Campus life here is decent, but with limits. There are events, fests, and active clubs – so if you're into tech, culture, or public speaking, you’ll find something to be part of. But the rules are strict – dress code, attendance, and discipline are taken seriously. It feels like a mix of school and college. You might get frustrated by some of the restrictions, but at the same time, the campus is safe and not too chaotic.
Yes, my college has all the necessary infrastructure and facilities and equipments. It has the best infrastructure in terms of design. Smartboards, HD cameras and IoT devices are installed with a good quality. They are well maintained. Yes the living spaces are clean.
I am studying Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science and the quality of teaching is top notch. The curriculum is always up to date and includes all the recent developments in the field. The curriculum is based on the job-readiness and helps us in placements a lot.
The quality of placements are quite good. All the students in the graduating year get placed. 100% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 21lpa and it went to the B.E - C.S.E course. The average salary offered was 6lpa. The placement process was quite smooth and easy and pleasant for me. The college was quite supportive.
The course cost me around 1.6 lakhs per year (82000 per semester). Yes , I feel I am getting my money worth because of top-quality teaching.
The best features of the campus is the quality teaching and good infrastructure. Some features such as congestion is a problem else everything is good. Students can engage in a lot of activities such as debating clubs, sports club, singing and dancing clubs. The staff is quite supportive.
Everything is good
Very great infrastructure loved the grounds and the classrooms are very goood and the sitting area is good all over all the fascilities are provided to the students by the university and is very great
Not so goood it is average in sense of academics as they dont have a good faculty but it is compensated by the infrastructure and is lovely to get admission therebut still the academics is poor in comparison to others
Placements are okayish not so good to be true but neither bad the avg placement is very less it is not up to the mark but still govt colleges are better , the placements are done in group of people together
The infrastructure of chitkara University is very huge and they have many departmental building most of them are very big they have Big ground labs and complexes for different works make very happening.
The teaching facilities and quality of the chitkara University is one of the greatest faculty in any private university of the north west region of the Indian they are very helpful and experienced in there work.
The placements opportunity and record for chitkara University is very great. They provide many international MNCs opportunities for students to get placed they have dedicated department for placement.
If we look from money and fees structure of chitkara University . They have a very quiet High fees structure. But the quality of education and they facilities they provide with that fees structure is very good
As it is an private university so they have many multiple events and competition which makes the students intractive amd interested in doing these activities and increases there connection with one another
