is VIT really that better from SRM? if I choose SRM over VIT would it make a difference or are they one and the same ?

Dear aspirant,

To be honest I don't think there is any difference in these colleges apart from the discipline in the college as vit vellore is on a stricter side.

Otherwise other than the discipline and fees structure, placements are one or the same in both these colleges. All the tech giants like microsoft , Amazon, Goldman Sachs,de Shaw, Cisco, dyte, work india visit the campus for recruitment . The average package for vit vellore in the main campus is around 7-8L per annum whereas the SRM University has 6.5 L per annum.

But computer science placements are. Based on your skilled. If you have skills then definitely you will get placed at a tech giant.
