Since B.Sc is also a Under graduate course (UG). So , inorder to take admission in VIT for any of the UG Courses you have to write the VITEEE exam compulsory because based on the marks of that only they will offer you a admission in VIT in your required category. If you didn't wrote the entrance examination then you can't able to get any type of UG Courses in VIT.
