Hello there!!

You definitely will be allowed to wear warm clothes like inner wears, sweters, jackets, etc. You would have security check up at entrance and then you will be allowed to have your seat at examination centre. You just have to take care that buttons should not be large. Your clothes should be simple means it must not have various decorative things.

You can also check for dress code for more information.
