I've got 78% in 12th and I've passed Maths. I belong to OBC non creamy category. Can I get admission in DU?

Yes, for sure.
Have you registered for DU admissions? The registration happens earlier.
Secondly, yes you have a good percentage so there is every chance you will be in a South Campus college at least. If not the first or 2nd cutoff you will surely get in at the third or fourth cutoff
