I passed 12th class with 88.26% and i belong obc categ. can i have admission in DU college

Hey!
Being an OBC student, you have the fair chances of getting admission in Delhi University with this score.
You can definitely apply for it. Although it depends on the course, but I’m sure 88 marks are good to get admitted in DU.

As per your question i do understand the situation.
You haven't mentioned the stream you want to persue.
DU is a very reputed and a prestigious university so there are a number of applicants applying with above 90%.
For major courses one needs a percentile above 90%.
So, you are not eligible but hey, there are other good colleges as well.

Students below 90% do also have chances to get admitted in Delhi University.I belong to general category and with 89% I got admitted to DU.Being an OBC Candidate, you have the chances. But the college would not be the top one, you may get moderate colleges and you need to wait for the later cut offs.It depends upon your interest, that which course you would like to pursue.
