As per the previous year cutoff trends, it would be difficult for you to get admission in BSc Mathematics if you belong to General category. However, if you belong to other categories, your chances would increase in the subsequent cutoff lists.

Your percentile is quite promising you can apply in DU for B.Sc. Mathematics. There is quite a good chance that you will be selected.

I will recommend you to atleast once go through the syllabus of DU before enrolling your name for this course.

Honors in mathematics at DU almost comprises of studying Pure Mathematics which involves the subjects like Analysis, Group theory etc.

Teachers at DU are excellent in their respective fields and you will be able to get very deep understanding about the subjects. One thing I can assure you, a mathematics student of DU is far better than a mathematics student of any other university since many subjects taught here are only taught at post graduation level in other universities.
