According to your rank, it is difficult you get it.
The cutoff for different categories at iit kanpur for Computer science and engineering are:--

General:-103. - 213

SC:- 33. - 74

ST:- 27. - 49

OBC:- 5. - 132

Hello,

Acoording to the previous year trends the closing rank for Computer Science in the general category was 213. So I regret to inform you that your chances of getting a Computer Science in IIT Kanpur are slim. There is a good probablity of getting computer science in newer iits.

CSE at IIT KANPUR is quite difficult . But you may get other course in IIT kanpur except CSE .
