As you have not mentioned your category so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information.

However according to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs through CSAB Counselling even as per previous year's cut-offs and for such rank I would suggest you to either sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks but the college will not be very good/satisfied or go with a drop year if you can afford.
