Yes you will be able to get admission in nit Durgapur if you belongs to home state quota. You can get any branch in nit Durgapur except cse department. 

If you belongs to other state quota then you will be eligible for only bio -Technology.

NIT's are the second topmost technical institutes of India and every student wants to get admission in this colleges but only few could go there as the competition is very tough and the cutoff ranks goes very high though the admission also depends on various factors such as category, home state quota, branch selection, number of students applied, number of seats,etc.  So your selection also depends on your home state if you have the home state quota then you will easily get admission in NIT Durgapur but if you belong to other states then it will be very difficult for you to get admission in this college. You can go through the previous years cutoff for a better understanding

If you are a home state student, then you can get nit durgapur(ee,mech,ece,met,civ,chem). But there are no chances if you are a outer state student. But with this rank you will easily get nits like nit sikkim,manipur,mizoram and other lower ranked nits.
