Code 6 will be applicable for the candidates who have passed their B.Sc exam with the PCB subjects

Candidates who have passed BSc examination from an Indian University with at least two of the following subjects:

1. Physics
2. Chemistry
3. Biology (Botany, Zoology)
4. Bio-technology.

are eligible & can use the code 6.

Since you've passed BSc with chemistry & botany, it fulfills the requirement and you can go with code 6.

You can select code 6 in your NEET eligibility. A candidate can select code 6 if he/she has passed B.Sc exam from an Indian University with not less than two of these subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology . Also, such a candidate must have cleared the earlier qualifying exam with subjects being English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
