Dear aspirant,

Yes , you can do MBA from private college. But this may act as a barrier in your career.  As mere getting an MBA degree will not work. Also there will be problems in placement. You may have MBA degree in your hand but your marks in graduation will act as a barrier.

But if you are really desparate to do an MBA . Here is a better option . You can apply for XLRI Jamshedpur which do not offer MBA programme but and equivalent course to MBA I.e. PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM). This institution is well reputed and give 100% placement . An average salary offered lies between 22 lakh to 24 lakh.  Also there is no minimum percentage of marks required to apply in this college. For this you have to clear XAT exam and do your best. Unlike CAT and MAT which have put restrictions on basis of marks in graduation . XAT has no minimum limit set for marks in graduation.
