Of course, you can apply for jobs in Government hospitals after graduating. It does not matter if you are a Govt college graduate or a private college graduate, what matters is your degree.

You, just like everybody else, will be a full fledged MBBS Doctor. Once you get your medical license you are eligible for all the employment opportunities available for a doctor in India. So rest assured and work hard to be a good medical expert.
